I'm also a big music fan and I play lead guitar in a metal band.
I intend to add some of the things I've done over the years to this website. While you're waiting for the rest, please try out any of my web based games:
I site about my parents cabin in Brissund (which is available to rent) on the beautiful island of Gotland in the Baltic.
I've studied the Media Technology programme at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. I majored in Interactive Media Technology with a minor in Moving Pictures.
I recently finished my Master thesis in Interactive Media Technology, it's about development and usability evaluation of a Rich Internet Application developed with the Google Web Toolkit. Read the abstract!
Interactive Media Technology included courses in software development, internet programming technologies and computer graphics and computer games design. To that I added courses in XML, J2EE and HCI.
The courses in moving pictures were all about creating, processing, editing, displaying and preserving techniques used in film and TV today and through history. Aside from a lot of theory there were quite alot of study visits, digital video projects and TV studio setups. The specialization also covered optical physics and digital signal processing.
I work as a systems developer consultant at Dynabyte AB in Stockholm Sweden.
I'm currently involved in a project where I develop a new web platform in Java with the Apache Wicket framework together with Spring, Hibernate, AspectJ, CXF, Maven, Tomcat and MySQL. Since it's a web application there's also a lot of HTML and CSS going on.
